IT’S CONFUSING,

Over the last 10 years, there has been a significant increase in the number of journal articles and research findings, reporting the benefits of training during pregnancy – yet the recommendations from allied health professionals (and Google) are not up to scratch.
In other words, there is a lack of Allied Health Professionals and Fitness Trainers who are highly educated and can confidently recommend or prescribe training programs during pregnancy. There is no one size fits all approach, so a deep knowledge on this topic is crucial in making adjustments along the way, allowing you to continue your personal training progression throughout each trimester.

Delivered in 6-week blocks via an integrative coaching app, complete with exercise videos to make training easy!

Building muscle and strength in specific areas requires attention to detail. You will receive personal feedback on your movement patterns to encourage this.
PLUS monitoring for abdominal doming, pressure management, correct loading, heaviness or incontinence and optimal biomechanics (a fancy way of saying how you move in relation to load and transfer) for the prenatal package.

Daily recommended calorie and macronutrient targets to support your goal of strength and muscle building or alternatively fat loss.

Connect beyond a screen and never lose sight of what's really important. Be reminded that you are valued, heard and supported in your goals and your feelings, good or bad are warranted.

All coaching packages are a 12-week minimum commitment. Cancellation after the initial 12 weeks will require a two week cancellation notice (i.e. cancellation in week 10 to cease coaching in week 12) as these are minimum contracts and not finite.
An initial set up fee of $88.00 is required to reserve your coaching spot.
